Day 149: Valentine's Eve at Dangwa
The night before Valentine's Day, at her flower stall in Dangwa, Manila's flower market, Sheila (A) asks her flower arranger Steph (B) and her delivery rider Diego (C) why there are so few roses on hand.

Na-delay po ang pagdating ng mga rosas galing Benguet. Mga alas-dos pa raw po.
The roses from Benguet are delayed. Not until around two in the morning, they say.

May sampu pa pong bagong order sa Facebook, puro pulang rosas.
And there are ten more new orders on Facebook, all red roses.

Ayokong maulit ang pagkaubos natin ng pulang rosas noong isang taon. Huwag na muna tayong tumanggap.
I don't want us running out of red roses again like last year. Let's not take any more for now.

Ma'am, paano po 'yung mga kailangang maihatid bago mag-alas-siyete?
Ma'am, what about the ones that have to be delivered before seven?

Paid orders and the ones for marriage proposals go first. Everyone else, let's tell them theirs will come in the afternoon.
