Additional Resources
The journey to mastering Tagalog is about getting as much natural input as possible.
The list of Tagalog podcasts, YouTube channels and tools is still being checked, link by link. Until it's ready, any Tagalog podcast, teleserye or video you enjoy is good input, even when you understand only a little.
Study Tips
Remember, consistent input is key. Even if you only manage passive listening while commuting or exercising, every bit of exposure helps.
And don't forget: while listening is crucial, you must also actively review your Anki decks daily to reinforce your learning.
Focus on understanding what you're hearing. Don't worry about grammar topics like verb focus, markers or affixes until you're ready. Your goal now is to get used to the sounds and rhythm of Tagalog.
Enjoy the process, and if you ever need a break, come back when you're refreshed. This constant, even passive, exposure will eventually make Tagalog feel natural and become a part of you.
