Day 5: Why the Mixer Stopped
At a construction site in Meycauayan, Bulacan, Vic (A), a young laborer, tells Val (B), the foreman, that he has stopped the concrete pour for the second floor.

The engineer called. He said to hold off because it's going to rain hard.

He says the rain's already on the radar. He even asked if we have tarps.
