- Read the dialogue line by line with its translation, until every line makes sense.
- Spend at least 30 minutes listening to native Tagalog. It doesn't matter if you don't understand it yet.

A
Hingal na hingal si Yuki. Bakit hindi mo siya paliguan tuwing tanghali?
Yuki's panting like crazy. Why don't you give him a bath every noon?
-
B
Oo nga, pero baka matuyo naman ang balat niya.
True, but his skin might dry out.
-
A
Ano kaya kung bilhan natin siya ng cooling mat? O kaya, ahitin na natin!
What if we got him a cooling mat? Or we could just shave him!
-
B
Siguro, 'yung cooling mat. Pero hindi naman puwedeng ahitin ang husky.
The cooling mat, maybe. But you can't shave a husky.
-
A
Bakit hindi? Ang kapal ng balahibo niya!
Why not? His fur is so thick!
-
B
'Yan mismo ang proteksiyon niya sa init, pare. Cooling mat na lang.
That's exactly what protects him from the heat, man. Let's just get the cooling mat.
