A
Under our contract, Sir, the price of oxygen doesn't change until December.
-
B
That's true; however, our electricity bills have gone up thirty percent.
-
A
That isn't in the contract, and under the rules, the hospital can't simply pay more.
-
B
In that case, we may be forced to cut the number of tanks we deliver.
-
A
There's a penalty for every day of delay; that's in the contract too.
-
B
Hindi po namin nais umabot doon. Ano po kaya ang maaari nating pagkasunduan?
We'd rather not let it come to that. So what could we agree on?
-
A
We can pay you faster; however, the price will have to wait for next year's talks.
-
B
If payment comes within thirty days, your supply stays complete until December.
